About the booking system Acuvent
When you click the "buy tickets" link, you will be transferred to our booking page with Acuvent/ Cvent. If you are a returning customer, the system will recognise your name and "populate" the registration form with your personal information – makes things faster!
When you have registered, there are two options:
Pay by credit card: you will receive a tax invoice with a customer registration number.
Use this customer registration number to log back into the system if you want to cancel, modify or edit your registration.
On your card statement you will see Cvent or Acuvent
Pay by electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cash: you will be issued a pending invoice, with a customer registration number. You can still cancel, edit or modify your registration, but it is not confirmed until the amount is paid in full.
If payment has not been received by a cut off date, the new round of pricing will be valid.
Please note: If you are a performer, no matter how you pay, your registration will be pending until your name has been confirmed to us by your team co-ordinator. When we have received it, we will approve your registration and the process will continue as noted above.
Terms & Conditions
A full list of terms and conditions are available on our online booking system and must be agreed to before a booking is complete.
Cut off dates for ticket pricing
Top 50 tickets are available until sold and there after 1st round ticket pricing is valid until Sunday 15th July 2012.
2nd round ticket pricing is valid from Monday 16th July until Monday 1st October 2012 and there after "at door" ticket pricing is valid. At door tickets can only be purchased at the venue from Thursday 4th October, however you can email the event organisers to be added to a waiting list.
Cancellation Policy
We will happily refund 80% of your registration fee until 1st August 2012
From the 2nd August until the 1st September 2012 , we will refund 50% of the booking, for passes and tickets.
From the 2nd September 2012, all passes and tickets are non-refundable, but are transferrable if you are able to find a replacement.
Changes
Changes to your booking can be made online at any time using your Cvent/ Acuvent customer registration number.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A: Yes, you can! However the responsibility to find someone is your responsibility. You are welcome to make it known you are looking via our Facebook page, and once you have agreed a price, email the new persons details to cathy@brazilcentral.com.au
Q: I'm a performer, a member of a team approved to perform at Brazil Central, but my registration says "Pending"?
A: In this case, we are still waiting to receive a list of confirmed team members from your team co-ordinator. When we receive it, we will approve the registration and you will automatically get a notification.
Q: What do I need to bring to the registration desk?
A: You will need to present some form of identification (passport, driver's license) and your tax invoice/ confirmation. Even if you don't have the printout, you can show us your booking on your phone or electronic device – just to confirm.
