Ticket Information
In 2013 we are introducing NEW streamlined ticketing options for the Zouk Lambada Congress and Roda de Samba so that you can customise your dance experience. Some highlights of these changes include:
- More "Top Tickets" available! We have increased our "Top Tickets" to the first 100 passes for the Zouk Lambada Congress and the first 20 passes for the Roda de Samba.
- Get $100 rebate the more you dance! Buy a RDS with a ZLC pass and receive $100 rebate. Rebates will be automatically processed within 3 business days of ticket purchase (a refund will be made for tickets purchased by credit card).
- Warm Up party now included in both passes. The pre-congress warm up party is now being held at the congress venue on Thursday 3rd October, and it is included in the cost of the pass.
- Performers receive a "gift pack". Once performance applications have been approved, your team will be given a performer approval number. Add this to your registration to receive your gift pack and performer wristband for entry to backstage and the Green Room.

About the booking system Cvent
When you click the "buy tickets" link, you will be transferred to our booking page with Cvent. If you are a returning customer, the system will recognise your name and "populate" the registration form with your personal information – makes things faster!
When you have registered, there are two options:
Please note: If your teams application has been approved, ask your team co-ordinator for your performer registration number so that you can add it to your registration. You don't have to wait for your approval number to buy your ticket. The approval number can be added later and is required for you to receive your performer gift pack and wristband for entry backstage and to the Green Room.

Cut off dates for ticket pricing
The “Top Ticket" price for the ZLC (Zouk Lambada Congress) pass applies to the first 100 passes sold and the first 20 passes for the RDS (Roda De Samba). There after, 1st round ticket pricing applies until Sunday 14th July 2013.
2nd round ticket pricing is valid from Monday 15th July until Monday 30th September 2013 and there after "at door" ticket pricing is valid. At door tickets can only be purchased at the venue from Thursday 3rd October 2013.
As this is a boutique event with limited capacity, should tickets for the event sell out, we do operate a waitlist on our booking system.
Online registration closes on Monday 30th September. Should you wish to purchase tickets after this date, they must be purchased at the venue and the box office will be open from Thursday 3rd October 2013 from 9am to 5pm.
Cancellation Policy
We will happily refund 80% of your registration fee until 1st August 2013
From the 2nd August until the 1st September 2013 , we will refund 50% of the booking, for passes and tickets.
From the 2nd September 2013, all passes and tickets are non-refundable, but are transferrable if you are able to find a replacement.
Changes
Changes to your booking can be made online at any time using your Cvent customer registration number.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A: Yes, you can! However the responsibility to find someone is your responsibility. You are welcome to make it known you are looking via our Facebook page, and once you have agreed a price, email the new person's details to cathy@brazilcentral.com.au
Q: I'm a performer and there is usually a performer ticket. What happens now?
A: For many reasons, administrative and financial, we have made the decision to remove the performer tier of pricing. We offer such a dense program of workshops and courses, and receive so many requests to customise how people can attend, that we have had to make this decision.
What happens now is that we encourage all performers to buy their tickets as soon as possible to take advantage of the increased number of Top Tickets available. Then when your team's performance application is successful, you can modify your registration and add the performer approval number to qualify for the gift pack and performer wristband for entry backstage and to the Green Room.
Q: What do I need to bring to the registration desk?
A: You will need to present some form of identification (passport, driver's license) and your tax invoice/ confirmation. Even if you don't have the printout, you can show us your booking on your phone or electronic device – just to confirm.
