Professional Training

In recognition of all the hard work and training that it takes to become a professional dancer or instructor, the Brazil Central team has especially designed this year's congress to include two events for professionals only.

Professional Training Day: Thursday 30th September

Hosted at the Old Museum, our Professional Training Day boasts 6 workshops, designed to give instruction at a level that is not achievable within the congress itself. Participants are required to be either professional instructors, professional performers or a member of a pro-team, specialised in Brazilian dance and most especially zouk lambada.

Entry will be limited to this level of expertise. If you are interested in participating in the Professional Training Day and are unsure of its suitability for you, please contact us at .

Professional Training Day Schedule

When: Registration from 8.45am and workshops from 9.30am to 5.15pm Thursday 30 September 2010.

Where: For your convenience, the Professional Training Day is being held at the congress venue.

Brazil Central Professionals Welcome Party: Thursday 30th September

The night before our congress starts, we wanted to welcome our international instructors to Brisbane and give our Australian instructors and professional dancers this unique and rare opportunity to exclusively dance and network with the best of the best!

When: From 8.30pm, Thursday 30th September 2010

Where: The Gold Bar, Normanby Hotel, Musgrave Rd, Red Hill

Cost: $20 at the door or $15 pre-purchased. Please note: entry to the Welcome Party is FREE when you book into our Professional Training Day on the same day (30th September 2010).
