Professionals Events

In recognition of all the hard work and training that it takes to become a professional dancer or instructor, the Brazil Central team have especially designed this year's congress to include two events for professionals only.

Brazil Central Professionals Welcome Party: Thursday 1st October

The night before our congress starts, we wanted to welcome our international instructors to Brisbane and give our Australian instructors and professional dancers this unique and rare opportunity to exclusively dance and network with the best of the best!

When: From 8.30pm, Thursday 1st October 2009

Where: The Gold Bar, Normanby Hotel, Musgrave Rd, Red Hill

Cost: $25 at the door or $20 pre-purchased. Please note: entry to the Welcome Party is FREE when you book into our Professional Training Day on Monday 5th October 2009.

Includes: Canapés from 8.30pm to 9pm, followed by social dancing until late. Music courtesy of our international DJs!

Professional Training Day: Monday 5th October

Our Professional Training Day boasts 6 specialised workshops, designed to give instruction at a professional level that is not achievable within the full congress. Participants are required to be either professional instructors, performers or a member of a pro-team, specialised in Brazilian dance and most especially zouk lambada.

Professional Training Day Schedule

When: Monday 5th October

Where: For your convenience, the Professional Training Day is being held at the congress venue.

Cost: For 6 hours of professional training plus FREE entry to the Brazil Central Professionals Welcome Party (Thursday 1st October 2009)
