Bailes (parties) and Shows
We have two show nights at this year's congress. Friday's show will feature leading student teams from around Australia and the Asia Pacific region, whilst the Saturday Showcase is over an hour of dazzling performances by international artists, national stars and pro teams. There are post show "bailes" on both nights.
Sunday night is our dedicated party night starting from 8pm.

Our full congress pass gives you over $630 worth of value! At most academies, the average price for a single workshop with an international instructor is $35 for an hour.
At Brazil Central, we have three workshop rooms, each with 6 timeslots. That means you can do as many as 6 workshops per day! For that alone you would normally pay $210! At Brazil Central, with a full congress pass, you will pay as little as $280* for 18 workshops!
Plus, our full congress pass includes the Saturday Showcase and bailes on Friday and Sunday ($80 if sold separately!)

Choice
We always aim to offer a beginner, intermediate and advanced workshop at every timeslot so that no matter what your level you can do as many as 6 workshops per day!
Quality
The majority of our workshops are taught by our international Brazilian instructors to give you maximum opportunity to learn from them whilst they are here.
Our national instructors have been selected on the basis of their dance training, teaching experience and contribution to the promotion of Brazilian dance in Australia.

Location
Brisbane is located in the sub-tropical north of Australia and October is Spring time. As we like to say about our weather, “Its beautiful one day, perfect the next!”.
Venue
The Old Museum building is a heritage listed Victorian masterpiece with a lot of character. Set in manicured gardens there is plenty of opportunity to take a break and enjoy the sunshine!
Workshops are offered in 3 rooms so we can run 18 workshops per day!
Our bailes are offered in 2 rooms giving you more choice to party.
Terms and Conditions
Cut off dates for ticket pricing
Top 100 tickets are available until sold and thereafter 1st round ticket pricing is valid until the 30th June 2009.
2nd round ticket pricing is valid from 1st July until 28th September 2009 and thereafter “at the door” ticket pricing is valid.
Cancellation Policy
Until the 10th August, we will refund 50% of the booking, for passes or accommodation.
After the 10th August, tickets are non-refundable.
Changes
All changes to ticket details such as upgrades, name changes and dates for accommodation, must be submitted in writing to be effective. Changes made 14 days prior to the event will incur a $10 administration fee.
